1-Description:
SHMUP This - The Prototype is the prototype version for a shareware SHMUP-RPG
game I want to make. There is only 2 months of work in there, mostly on the
engine to the detriment of graphics and story line. I still have 1 or 2 months
of work to do on the engine to be entirely happy with it and between 2 to 4
months for levels and graphics. I'm not sure I will continue it as it is or
build a new lib from it and start anew with a cleaner code. This was made for a game making compo at
www.Shmup-Dev.com.
2-Requirements:
(unknown for now but work with all options on a):
-PC Only.
-800 MHz P3 with 512 meg ram and with a GeForce3 FX.-Require DirectX 9.0c.
-Download at your own risk.
3-Features:
-Parallax side scrolling shooter engine.-Lots of configuration options for low end machines.
-Light RPG elements; The more you kill, the stronger you get.-4 shot types, 3 alternate weapons.-1 Level with over 20 types of thing to blow up and a fat boss at the end.
